Production process

All Steel Mare hats are handcrafted, one at a time. Due to the nature of handmade work, slight variations in color, shape, and detail may occur. All of my custom hats are made to order custom in your size.

Once I see the order come thru, I will begin the process of creating your hat in your specific size. 

If you would allow it, I'd enjoy sharing each step of your hats production journey. If you are not interested that is totally fine as well!

Production timelines typically range from a few weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and material availability. Hat orders have a current wait of 3-5 weeks for fulfillment. This also is determined by the materials and scope of the project.

Full payment is required before any order is processed. For custom hats, design details are confirmed prior to production. Once work has begun, changes may be limited. All designs, images, and content are the property of Steel Mare Hat Company and may not be reproduced without permission.
