Returns

I work hard to get you the correct fit! If you receive your hat and it’s not quite right, please call me and I’ll do my best to help. Most times a tweak here or there is all that needs to be done, and I can help you do that at home. I will always certify my work.

If the return is a result of your error (incorrect head measurement, ordered without a head measurement picture, didn’t like, etc.) you will be responsible for any return shipping fees plus the shipping cost if you choose to replace with another hat. A 25 % RESTOCKING FEE on the returned hat will also apply. 

If it is damaged from shipment I will replace or repair at my discretion of course.
